A Shipping Marine Company is looking for a qualified candidate to fill in the post as :

Commercial Executive
Responsibilities
– Responsible for preparation of sales and purchase orders
– Seek relevant signatories from management for approvals
– Ensure timely issuance of invoice and collection of payment
– Assist marketing managers in collecting payment from clients as well as reimbursement from Owners/Suppliers.
– Coordinate and work with internal cross functional department to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of responsibilities above
– Undertake any other adhoc projects / duties as per assigned


Requirements
– beringsang beringsang Minimum a Degree
– beringsang beringsang Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in accounting / billing
– beringsang beringsang Meticulous and detailed in preparing work related matters
– beringsang beringsang Ability to work under tight deadlines
– beringsang beringsang Strong in organising and administrative skill a (esp. document controlling)
– beringsang beringsang Strong initiative in implementing improvement to current commercial / documentation system
– beringsang beringsang Excellent people skills with positive attitude
– beringsang beringsang Good communication and interpersonal skills
– beringsang beringsang Willing to travel to Batam occasionally
